About

Located on the rooftop of an existing building, this 140m² apartment is the new home of an international client, who is expanding his business worldwide in Tirana. The designers of InBureau Studio created a space that embodies modern elegance with a warm, minimalist approach.

At the heart of the design is a long hallway with soft, ambient lighting and a herringbone wood floor that extends seamlessly. The hallway ceiling is a key design element that enhances the depth and drama of the space. The linear design and dark-toned ceiling panels contribute to a sense of continuity and elongation, guiding the eye toward the vanishing point at the end of the hall. This approach not only enhances spatial perception but also adds a refined, architectural touch, reinforcing the minimalist yet luxurious aesthetic of the interior.

A restrained material palette—natural wood, textured stone, and soft neutral tones—creates a sense of warmth and refinement. The living area features sleek built-in storage and a sophisticated, neutral-toned sofa, complemented by sculptural decor. The kitchen’s monolithic stone island, paired with a cylindrical range hood, serves as both a functional workspace and a fafocal point, emphasizing a balance between practicality and contemporary elegance.

The master bedroom features a sophisticated ambiance. To the left, a built-in open wardrobe is seamlessly integrated into the space, while to the right a recessed doorway offers a glimpse into the master bathroom where the marble finish can be seen, hinting at a consistent palette. The ceiling features clean gypsum panels and discreet lighting fixtures, maintaining the minimalist aesthetic.
